Quick Fix For Icon Flicker

After You Install An App To Your Programs Or Start Menu

Navigate To Windows/start Menu/programs Or Just Start Menu Depending On Where The Icon Is And Change It's File Attributes To Read-only

21028 And 21032 Are Experiencing File Attribute Issues
Still Fast Systems But An Annoying But To Say The Least
