Don't know about the 1st problem u have, however, the arcsoft have a better ui than sprint app the trade off is the thumbnail video display, I've searched for a fix, with no sucess! You can try removing this version and use the 5069 that's floating around or reinstall sprint pm to see if that fixes problem. I would suggest you compare video size of sprint pm vs arcsoft as well, be sure to use the steps outlined in the removal instructions of picture mail registry entries found in first post...
