Just to update on this issue. It's NOT a Touch Pro specific problem. My GF is now on her third Samsung Rant and still having delayed text and calls going directly to voicemail.
Also my daughter is having the same problems. She was using an LG Rumor. The very same Rumor that my GF
WAS using before getting the Rant. When my GF had the Rumor, she didn't have any of these problems. I just got my daughter swapped to the Rant as well and her problems persist. The Rumor has now been handed down to my youngest daughter and she is
not having the problems.
These problems have existed since around Nov 08. I have called Sprint on many many occasions. They have so far exhausted about all troubleshooting steps available to them from tier 2 tech support. The ticket has since been escalated.
