We need cricket experts to help figure this out, because all I did was set up the dialup connections according to some posts I saw over at hofo.
Have you never set up a #777 connection on your apache before? Because it states that user name is your
10digitMIN@mycricket.com (I'm not clear on whether the MIN is the same as your phone number or not--hopefully as a cricket user you know that info) and password is
cricket
And it was my understanding that in order to browse the web everything (except outgoing MMS) must route through cricket's WAP servers. That is what I set up in the proxy server section. So When you see Cricket WAP it is dialing up that configuration.
MMS is set to send through a different connection I set up, called Cricket MMS. The first time it goes it should also have prompted you for a user name and password--these are the same as the other connection.
You may need to make sure the Cricket WAP connection isn't connected before trying to send MMS.
You might try a hard reset and try everything again--this time filling in the correct user name and password values when you are prompted for them.
