First attempt didn't go so well, I think I put to much on cause bubbles started to form in the shape of cracks, if that makes sense. Anyways, I scraped it all off, and it was even lifting up the original gray paint from the cover as well. I'm gonna keep the cover I messed up on, sand it down to it's base plastic form and give it another go tomorrow.
