Is my 6800 dead?

I got a Sprint 6800 yesterday, used.

Radio was 1.47

I loaded olipro 1.20

I used the newest version of the kitchen to create and load a new ROM.

From that point, it wouldn't boot past the splash screen.

I can still get into bootloader mode, but it doesn't matter what ROMs I loaded (tried a few that I know work on my other 6800)

SO I said hell with it and downloaded the newest factory ROM (found it here in the site )

during the RUU, it gets to 11%, restarts the phone into bootloader mode and the RUU errors out, sending it in to the recovery so it can start all over again.

I have seen one stock bootloader, but it requires the phone to be running.

I am thinking the best course would be to get a it relocked and load the most recent HTC/Sprint ROM..

But I'm stuck.

One further note. When the factory RUU crapped out it took the radio with it.. It pops up as 'No Radio' during its still freez[ing boot cycle.

I can get to the current bootloader, so I don't think it is bricked, but I sure as hell don't know how to fix it.

I can usually find my answers by using the search, but not this time.

Thanks for any help.
