Now here's where masking the system numbers could come in handy.
I went to Sprint to look if they had a Treo Pro. Funny looks all around (:

While there I asked about the loose screen Tech Service had already stopped but one was milling around.
He says the screws simply need to be tightened, Being the lazy SOB I am, I just got the phone set up really well, I'm going to take my chances tomorrow.
