It doesn't say much... Just shoes what information the phone stores inside the actual picture.

EXIF data is a sector of data attatched to the picture that allows you to see what camera the picture was taken with, what settings were enabled, etc. For example, here's a screenshot of the EXIF data on my DSLR: as you can see, there is more information like the ISO setting that the camera was on when I took the image




Also, law enforcement uses EXIF data of pictures to capture pedophiles, peeping toms, etc.
