Unless your on Verizon, which wouldnt suprise me that it dont work, I have no GPS issues with my Sprint TP.
Do you have Quick GPS in your programs?
Mine pops up every 6 days asking to download new data.
Takes 5-10 seconds for the GPS to work with iGo8 on my phone.
