Follow this link and download the cab file. It is one of Calkulins cabs that will install the black theme with the white clock. http://www.myunspace.com/?d=B6D22D321
Then go into the Today Screen settings and change the theme to HTC Black.
It may not be identical because I have not tried Juicy's ROM yet, but it should be extremely close.
