I just extracted the radio_.nbf from Sprint's APA_SPCS_20600_303_12700_WWE_Ship.exe.
I used Araxis Merge to do a binary compare of the radio file and the one posted/referenced in this thread.
They are binary identical -
exactly the same file. Both are 10/18/2006.
