Things get damaged with use and time. Even new items are damaged at the manufacturer. So I suggest that you spend the time to look your purchase over very carefully before paying for it with a sales rep, if cosmetics are important or function even, so that if you do have a problem that is an obvious defect, you can return to the store with some evidence that there is a problem.
Tell that to the rest who paid over 300 dollars and got cracks on their chrome. Theres no logic to understand.... the first batch of Pros have defective Chromes on them. Even Sprint acknowledges it. Well.... I will wait till the last hour and I will give Sprint a call......
