Dude, read what I wrote one more time then. In a nutshell, Paul's NewDoc program won't work with the Mobile Office installer we are using on WM5. He wrote that to work on a WM6 device.
Read my two solutions in the post right above yours. If Paul let's me see his source code, I'll modify it for us and post it here. Otherwise, you can modify the CAB file to install Mobile Office in the \Windows\ directory, or if you already installed it you can move the contents of \Program Files\Office6\ to \Windows\ and change all the relative registry entries.
