It could be that your MP3's are set at too high if a bit rate. try scaling them down in your audacity settings. It will save you room on your memory anyway.

Audacity= Edit>Preferences>File Formats tab>Bit Rate drop down is less than 128. I use 64 personally.

It could be that he is trying to transfer his MP3's from his PC via blue tooth and his PC doesn't support the same BT profiles as his PPC (OBEX, FTP, etc...)
