to note: I have hard reset, I have reset epst, I have called sprint and had them reprovision (Im on an everything plan so they took the plan off then added it back..so she said) no go.. the best I had was to receptions of picmail directly after hard reset but the next morning nothing worked again.

Tell tech support to drop and re add picture mail. It used to be part of data, whereas now its part of messaging. The codes with sprint's plans, are clearly the problem "most" people are having. If you look at older threads on this topic, everyone (including myself) has solved the pic mail problem this way. Even the tech support guy I got, who fixed mine, knew exactly what I was talking about.
