The video conferencing add-on is only available on GSM models, I.E. AT&T and European models so you can't make video calls. You can Take a video and send it via E-mail. I'm not quite sure about MMS though. I haven't played with it that much. Someone might be able to figure it out but so far that hasn't happened so there is no .cab for it. It's the carrier's way of saying.." This option is available...just not for you" type of thing.

After you make your ringtone, save it to your "My Ringtones" folder on the device, NOT your internal storage my ringtones folder and it should work. Some say that their ringtones work from the internal storage folder but I have never been able to get that to work correctly.
