i used windows media player to achieve this. i connected my diamond to my computer (using active sync NOT disk drive )...then i made a playlist in windows media on my computer and synced it to the internal storage card. i found that if i used the disk drive method my album art would not show up.

another method that i've seen work is connecting your diamond via the disk drive method and making sure that all of your music is organized into folders like: artist-->album->songs....and in each album folder the album art is named folder.jpg.

embedding the album art into the song is also supposed to work but i find that it doesn't always work. i used itunes to do this and maybe that's the problem.
