does active sync recognize it? otherwise you could always hold the power, camera and reset button in all at once and that will take you to the bootloader screen, from which you should be able to flash any rom on the upgrades thread... otherwise you could try a hard reset by holding the green and red buttons and the reset button for a few seconds, then follow the onscreen directions.. NOTE: all of these methods will cause all of your personal data to be lost (ie contacts, appointments, personal files, and anything else not saved onto your storage card)!
