Ordered mine at 12:00pm Sunday through retentions, billed to account, given order number but no tracking number. As of today, called retentions again, was told order failed, no reason, then was told the order was delayed due to ike, warehouse communications down, retentions reordered tonight from a different warehouse, free overnight shipping and wavier of activation fee, which I have never been charged on any upgrade since 04, go figure, but was told to expect delivery on Friday and an e-mail tomorrow with tracking number, so really nothing yet, WHERE ARE THESE THESE BEAUTIFULL PHONES?
