To use your own post, in no place do you mention the specific OS, so before you start accusing people of being 'uninformed', please take the time to make sure you included that pertinant little piece of information.l

It took me two weeks to finally find a Dashwire engineer who knew how to cancel the account. Very beta operation.
DashWire is a beta, tells everyone that, and has no qualms about admitting to needing tweaks and changes made, so events like this are an accepted risk From the 'Terms of Service' page:

BETA VERSION: You understand that the Service is still in the Beta stage of development and may contain errors, bugs and other problems that could cause system failures. The testing and quality assurances of the Service have not yet been completed and use of the Service and the Service content is at your sole risk.

Ihad an account created by mistake when I wanted to show a friend at work the service and he decided against it, and I had it deleted in a matter of seconds.

Next time, please include your OS, device, conflicting apps, ect. and maybe not lash out like this when these things come into play. We are all happy to try to help, but posts like these don't help.
