What to do with phone?

My carrier (Cellcom in Wisconsin) has released the touch. I got one and what a disappointment. Windows 6.0 and no GPS. I had a Sprint version touch working on their network but dropped alot of calls. This phone doesn't drop calls and I noticed that the Rx Ec/IO in debug mode is noticeably higher than the sprint version at around 20-30dcb rather than 10-19dcb on the Sprint version. If I flash to a GPS capable radio is there a good chance that I will be back to dropping calls?
