The way I understand it, Bell doesn't support AGPS, so they won't charge you. That being said, they won't charge you even if they do support it. I'm on telus and they haven't enabled the GPS officially and they have not charged me. AGPS is just exact info of where the satellites are, so your phone gets a quicker lock.
