Make sure you location is on in Setting\phone\services\location. Also did you let cutomizatoin run after you flashed?

I have the newest .4 ROM found here http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=31604 and have no problems with gps. It locks guick with google maps, sprint nav, live search, etc. Try a hard reset. but read the thread above. Hopes that helps.
