I have Wisbar A3 installed in main memory, I copied just the file WM7.wisbar into the main Wisbar directory. Then I started Wisbar, clicked on the Wisbar Advance icon (should be the last icon in the wisbar program folder) clicked on themes, click on wisbar themes, and selected windows mobile 7, clicked apply, then OK. Click OK again and you should be back at the Wisbar programs section where you see a Startup icon, click on that and click on Run Wisbar after soft reset. Click apply click OK and OK. Go to your today screen and the top and bottom bars should be there. Littlerain's presentation kind of overstates the visual effect of the bottom bar due to the mirror effect he used in his pic.
