There are answers to almost all your questions in this forum. You just have to do some reading. You might find a kind soul to go through everything step-by-step with you but that's not a guarantee.
Hint: Overall if you can break down your questions to one at a time it might help... and also don't be so "urgent" about everything. There are plenty of people that have some issues (one or another) and there are plenty of people who are willing to help. It's just overwhelming to read a post like yours and know where to even start.... and hence some might not even venture to try.
There are answers but just be patient. If you can't wait, it's probably best if you find another phone. To get the most out of the Mogul you sort of need to know how to customize it (ie. check out the Titan upgrades forum and read, read, read).
