When you enable the rules does the red "A" appear on your profile icon?
It will show the "Normal" profile as default *unless* it's running your time-based profile. e.g. mine says "normal" until 6:55am when it changes to "Work".

Sorry I didn't get a chance to test that all out, I don't remember seeing a red A anywhere though. I switched to 1.2 and it works now
I feel like a dumbass cause I didn't realize that apart from setting up an automatic time based profile you also have to click on the automatic profile at the bottom.
Anyways it works now with 1.2. I'll be waiting on spbs next update as it looks like its not just me having issues with 1.3.
