On vzw if you get a cannot authenticate on a voice call you need a new akey from tech support. If you get username/password error on data after a flash and or a ppp connection error that won't go away after entering username of your
MDN@vw3g.com and password of vzw and turning the radio off (flight mode)then back on you need to call tech support and ask for a DMU reset. You do not need a warranty replacement as this is a simple couple minute fix.
