This mod only require you to cut the battery door only. So it's an easy mod.

What more can you ask for? Rooted EVO 3D, Removable External SD Card, More SD Cards, and HTC Dock + HDMI adaptor....

Here is a tutorial if anyone wants to do it. You will need a SD-MicroSD adaptor, a sharpie, and a cutting knife.

1) SD --> MicroSD

2) Plug the adaptor into the MicroSD slot and fold to an angle where you think it looks best for you. For me, I always fold the cable to where there is no stress or it won't get damaged. Then tape it in position

3) Tape the top of the adaptor so that it is covered up, then use a sharpie to outline the shape.

4) Next put tape in the inside of the battery door towards the bottom. Then put the battery door cover on top first, and towards the bottom, it won't close, thats where you pressed it against the adaptor to get an imprint of the adaptor to show on the tape that is on the batter door.

From here on, remove the tape off of the adaptor and throw it away, then you just cut out that imprint on the battery door, and take your time slowly to cut that shape out till it is finished and you can cnap the battery door in place without any stress.

Lastly, If you have a skin, which I would recommend to get, and put in on top of the batter door. If you are putting a skin on the battery door, tape up the skin from the inside where it exposed to the adaptor, so that way, the skin won't adhere to the adaptor and make it sticky.. Thats it...

Note: If you planning to put it on a dock, I recommend you try the adaptor in different angle so that it won't be in the way, and the phone won't sit snug..

What kind of protector skin do you have on your phone? Looks sweet.
