If your going take it to a Sprint store make sure you unroot and install the stock ruu and do a factory/data reset. Then wipe your SD card or remove it from your phone before you bring it in. The techs will check your phone for root, one of the easiest ways to tell is someone will forget to delete the PC36IMG.zip from their sdcard that they used to unroot or they'll still have the custom rom .zips on their card. If you've never rooted your phone then you wouldn't have the files on your sd card so that's one of the things they look for. Also, unrevoked puts a log file on your sdcard that is a good tip off for the tech when he checks for root.

It helps that you female so you can use your assets on the tech and just play dumb like you have no idea what RSA keys are and that your 4g worked before but you haven't used it in awhile and when you went to use it, it didn't work. If they ask why your phone was factory reset just tell them that is what all the phone techs tell you to do when you call them so you tried that first before taking it in. Good luck.
