it's not a option its a graphics file.
1- Goto Explore on Activesync
2- Dbl. click on "My windows device"
3- Look for the "Windows" folder (No need to open it)
4- Drag the manila file over to the Windows folder
5- Say yes to replace
6- Restart sense
