the update tool just freezes for me
actually its throwing this error now
"an unexpected error has occured in XDAnroidStartup.exe
Select Quit and then Restart this program, or select Details for more information.
File assembly name Ionic.zip.CF, version=1.9.1.5 blah blah blah
was not found."
