I'm on the same boat as the OP, but my TP2 is unlocked.
I can get into bootloader, flash stock ROM (which completes 100%), but my device reboots a few seconds after showing the HTC splash screen.
Now I'm wondering if there's any software that can fully reset the phone (like the manufacturer does).
I know that the ROM that ships with these devices is not "built" into the hardware, but rather loaded into it by the manufacturer according to specifications from the carriers. So there has to be a way for us to do the same.
If anyone here knows how, please, please share the knowledge.
