The only differeance is a couple of stickers and look carefully at the serial and production numbers they most likely are all the same etc etc..... Anyhow As a few have stated everything is pretty much made in china so buying a no name battery doesnt seem to be that scary of a deal and for the price not to much you can lose out on. If you worried about fire make sure your plugged into a propperly grounded and fused outlet you should be ok.... I am going to order a couple myself. thanks for the find

This happened to Callaway Golf Clubs a few years ago. It really hurt them cuz the knockoffs were just as good.
