The requirements for Slacker are Windows Mobile 6.5. The requirements are listed here.

Worked great for me on my Spring TP2 Stock 6.5 ROM, I thought the audio quality was far better than the WVGA version of Pandora (and a lot more finger friendly).

I use my TP2 for music in the car, and when I showed it to my wife, I was saying "unlike Pandora, Slacker never seems to glitch out in the middle of songs"...Right as I said that, the song we were listening to dropped out!
