Hey the same thing happened to me!

Got my new Sprint line/Phone in Feb 07, upgraded to a TP in Apr 09, but they were out of stock so I had a Treo Pro until they received it, got that order canceled as Best Buy Mobile screwed up the entire order.. So now we went to a Sprint Store (Woulda gone there first but it had moved) to get my TP, but the contract said we were in until 04/11 and we told them how Best Buy Mobile screwed our order up, they called Sprint, got it fixed and I got my TP with my rebates and discounts, the keyboard died a few times so when I'd call Sprint Customer Service, they'd tell me that I could get a $150 credit since my contract expired.. I told her I just bought this TP and she was like "Uhm.. Is that a yes to your 150$ credit?" lol so I just shut up and never mentioned it again haha!

Then, I ended up getting my TP2 for $100 in Jan lol
