Blue "gps dot" lagging big time and going from one street to another. I was driving around OAKLAND of all places at 2am lost. Needless to say it was an ... uh ... experience.

Not sure what it was locking on but dot would say I was on 40th st and I'd be on like 70th st or something across the map.

Also not sure what's going on but my TomTom Navigator will not pick up any GPS signal. Loads maps just fine, just can't get a GPS signal at all, even when GMaps supposedly does.
That probably has nothing to do with the ROM and should be discussed on Main forum.

See link in my Signature.

You did turn on the GPS in Google Maps right (i.e. "Use GPS" in Menu)?
You may have been running off a tower lock which will be VERY loosey goosey laggy.

If you did do "Use GPS" in Google Maps DON'T CHANGE it to COM4 what ever you do, leave defaulted as "Managed by Windows".

That all said weather, time of day, reception in the car can cause it to lag. This has happened to me ONCE in 5 months (on both TP2's at the same time). It was still quite usable but it was like 5-10 seconds behind.
