i would like to start by saying that this is my first time posting in a general area, rather then the specific device, so if i am posting in the wrong area, please tell me.

here is the problem, and im sure it has been asked before, but im having a hard time finding any answers.
when im in a phone call, and a text comes in, the text tone goes off three times consecutively, vary loud, and i cant hear what the person has said for that 5 or so seconds that the ring tone has gone off. is there a fix or tweak for this?

i have the Touch Pro 2 on verizon, with 6.5 stock at the moment, if this helps any.
