Thank you Rete. I copied the files however still could not susan/dave into work.
I even uninstalled all the programs from the device memory.. Also tried nopushinternet.cab
Now i am out of options ...
unless if someone can help me get all allowable files/folders i.e. except any data like maps, pois, license etc.. i know it is too much to ask..
