I'm getting approx. $70 for a Touch? Full payment or there's no deal. I'm willing to work with you about accepting a money order but I'm not about to send a phone to a total stranger. Remember that Paypal protects all of their transactions for both the seller and the buyer. In every scenario that you've proposed, I have no protection. Not happening.
