yes, most of them I change in each app.dat, just easier to me.
I also change them in the initflashfiles.dat located @ \OEM\Diamond\0409\OEM_Lang_0409
and I also change some in the SYS, ie:
\SYS\28002\SHARED\COMMON\WindowsLive\mxipupdate_wi ndowslive_1.provxml
\SYS\28002\SHARED\COMMON\WindowsLiveIM\mxipupdate_ windowsliveim_1.provxml
\SYS\28002\SHARED\COMMON\Office\mxipupdate_office_ 100.provxml
