Sorry, but just typing out what may or may not be a command line for a real or imagined application is not all that helpful.
I wasn't asked how to backup contacts from a TP and restore them to Android, but it shouldn't be too hard at all.

If you're concerned about what Google will be doing with your contact information, read their privacy policy. If they say they won't sell the numbers and then do, you're positioned to score some cash via our court system.
