So we've now discovered that the licensing will be for bulk unlockers to pay a fee. ATTENTION ELITE TEAM: I hope you wrote the HSPL COMPLETELY from scratch with your own technology, because if it's still based in anyway from the HTC source code...then selling it is ILLEGAL. And beleive me...you will get caught and pinched. HTC and Sprint both see these forums.

I'm just sayin...
