Re: Asurion replacing TP with TP2
Just called to have a rep not only tell me that she cannot back order me a TP2 as they are 'out' even though you guys have called in the past 10 mins and recieved replacements. I asked to speak with a supervisor after attempting to explain that the phones she listed (Snap etc..) were simply downgrades and not something I was interested in.
So she apparently opened a ticket and left my cell phone number in there so the supervisor could call me back by 11 or tomorrow. How is it you guys are receiving TP2s and for me they're 'on back order'?
