Went to an ASC today, the spring website listed it as "replacements by mail" or whatever. The guy helping me out called the store manager and came out with a handwritten note with "Treo Pro, HTC Snap, and Blackberry Curve" on it. As he showed it to me, he crossed of the Snap from the list telling me it would pretty much be a downgrade if i got that and offered me the Pro or the Curve. I told him i didn't want either and asked him about the TP2 and he immediately told me he'll be right back and went into the office.

came back out and went to the corner to talk to the assistant manager who then with the look of **** on his face came to me and told me that the TP2 is a 500 DOLLAR PHONE! and He can't give me one to replace a Touch Pro! I told him that I was pretty sure it's on the WEL list but he wouldn't budge. Then he left and the guy who was trying to help me out came back and said he's sorry but at this point my best bet is to talk to the store manager who will be in tomorrow morning.
