Re: use alltel touch pro on boost mobile cdma unlimited plan
I dont know how to do this but my friend has a similar set up so i will try to clairfy a little.
Boost is Prepaid Sprint. Nextel is iden Sprint. Since Sprint owns both of these they can do what they want. So in the past some areas have offered cdma boost plans. These were the first unlimited plans on a true nationwide carrier. Sprint soon offered unlimited on iden boost, and on Sprint as well. I live in Cali, I believe we were the first to get the unl cdma boost and it was hugely popular. I dont believe this is offered anymore, it may be but just not as much. But Boost will still turn on any Cdma boost phone. You can still see them sometimes. The plan is cheap only 50 bucks for unl mins, texts, and data and there is no contract. So getting a pda w/ evdo to work on it is a big deal. It is possible I know some swapmeets will convert sprint wm phones over for about 100 bucks. One of my buddies has a mogul on boost. You prolly have to change the esn over and then configure the settings right. All I can say is keep googling its possible.
