I too am suffering from 1 dead pixel in the middle of screen. Like many people that wouldnt notice or care it actually drives me nuts but I have been hesitant to ask for a replacement because of this.

I don't seem to have any ethstetic problems besides a minor wobble when the screen is tilted and it doesnt quite sit flat unless I adjust the screen perfectly when it's tilted.

Aside that I dislike how the photo thumbnails are messed up on the photo tab. Half of them are not the proper thumbnail for the photo. It's like it got corrupted over time.

My largest complaint by FAR is the increase in overall system lag by 10 fold when I'm on the subway to and from work. I know it's roaming and all but seriously does it have to make the whole phone operate in slow motion??
