Re: Verizon “accidently” removed my Sprint - Touch Pro from their network
Over the weekend I was able to get in touch with Tech Support and was told that they could take care of this. They had me “fill out” a form over the phone which the VZW tech submitted for me. She then told me that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get the request processed.
So, although I am keeping my fingers crossed, I am not extremely confident this is going to go through. I should know something later today or tomorrow.
