Re: Verizon “accidently” removed my Sprint - Touch Pro from their network
Unfortunately my backup device is either my wife’s old phone (the one she just replaced last night when all of this happened) which is a freak’n pink LG non-touch screen POS or my old HTC Apache that cannot hold a charge for more than 45 minutes!
So… the sales rep was supposed to call me back after his shift ended to update me on his progress. To no surprise he forgot to call, and when I called the store and was directed to a second manager I was not greeted with the same level of helpfulness.
The conversation was rather short. The manager told me he was aware of my situation and didn’t think they could put a Sprint handset on a “Nation Wide” plan. I told him he was in fact incorrect as until about 22 hours ago I indeed had a Sprint handset on a “Nation Wide” plan and would still have a Sprint handset on that plan if HIS employee had not removed if from my plan WITHOUT my consent!
I have been with VZW for a really long time and have had nothing but great service from them so I really wanted to give them through the weekend to correct this issue. However, now that it looks like it will be three more days at a minimum without my TP I do not think I can handle it!
I suppose I will give CS a call and if that does not yield the results I am hoping for I may need to borrow the ESN from my Apache…
