you simply need the carrier code.
Take the original helmi rom you downloaded (
http://rapidshare.com/files/52162368/Reli0.rar.html) and use the HTC64 tool to decode it. This will generate the prj file for you with a carrier code. Just take the carrier code and use one of the other prj files replacing the carrier code.
