Not really a subject for this thread.
But, sdconfig definitely works on the Diamond. I use it all the time, and you're file looks fine.
Only thing I can guess is that maybe you're missing an empty line at the bottom?

Currently downloading so I can give this a shot.
Just curious, have you considered a version
with TF3d but
no Titanium. (For the few people like me that don't like titanium)
